How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple on our website. Simply browse through our products, pick your favorite item from our shop then click on “add to cart”. When you are done shopping, you can click on the cart icon at the top right and then click on “proceed to checkout”. Now all you have to do is fill in your personal information and click “Place Order”.
How much does shipping/delivery cost?
Shipping is free within Cairo.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 4-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
Can I exchange or return a product and how much does it cost?
You can exchange or return the product you purchased within 4 days of receiving it. If you would like to exchange the item you got for another product, the exchange fees will be 35 EGP. You can also return it and get you money back, with a 50 EGP refund fees.
